One of my modules of second year, Gameplay Design was a group project developing a game throughout the year.
I chose to be part of the design team for this project as it was a good experience for me and i would be able to learn more about UE4, which is the engine we decided to use.
As a game designer on the team, my main role was level design but I also also able to gain experience in particle systems and materials.

There were multiple types of effects needed for this project:

In this project i also played around with some basic materials for the pool of danger in the first level (tutorial) aswell as the second level (cryo level).
One being a bright emissive green substance and the other being more akin to fire/lava
